At Blurb.com, the "Add to Cart" button:
Click "Checkout"
Add your email address (this is for your order confirmation and tracking number. To avoid getting emails from Blurb.com, do not select the "Yes, email me news, updates, and special offers" box.) Click "Sign Up".
(note this isn't actually signing you up for anything except your order information email.)
Add your shipping information. You will need to create a password, which you'll use if you need to access your order information later. Click "Continue".
Choose your shipping speed and click "Continue"
On the next screen add your billing address and click "Continue"
Add your billing (credit card) information. Double check that your shipping and billing addresses are accurate. Select the checkbox under "Before you place your order:"
